Let me give you a key ingredient for how to keep your downline with you in Internet Network Marketing. As we all know, attrition is very high in Network Marketing (something like 95% of the people get out after 3 months or less). How do you keep the attrition down? Provide people with value and help them achieve what they want to achieve.

Here is the key, follow up with them via e-mail. E-mail you ask? Absolutely, keep in touch with them via e-mail and keep them at the forefront of their minds. Provide them with something of value in your email.

For example, if you are in a network marketing business, and have a newsletter with people who are interested in nutritional supplements and nutrition in general, send an email out at least once or twice a week, giving them hints, tips, and good information on proper nutrition.

This does several things. First, it builds you in their mind as an expert in that particular area. Second, this creates the effect of them coming to trust what you have to say and you build a long term relationship with them via e-mail. Eventually, quite a few people of those people will trust what you have to say and start asking you for what kind of nutritional solution you have to offer. BIGNO….why of course…you have a nutritional solution.

People are by nature skeptical and synical and do not trust at first, and quite honestly are scared to death of being scammed and being made a fool of. You need to build trust with them and the best way to do that is via email and providing them with value.

Now how do you keep sending emails to them? You need something known as a auto-responder. Its essentially an email system on steriods. All of the people and their addresses will reside in that auto-responder and it will send out messages out automatically for you once it has been set-up.

So, lets say you have 5 pieces of information you want people to see about nutrition. Set each one of those 5 pieces up in an auto-responder in email format, and the system will send them out FOR YOU and whatever interval you decide on. Have it set-up for every 2 days, 3 days or whatever. Also, if you happen to stumble upon something good that will be of value to people, go ahead and send out an e-mail to those on your list in your auto-responder.

Do that over time and you will build credibility.

If you don’t have an auto-repsonder go out and get one now! I recommend and use Aweber for mine, but in the end, its always better to have an auto-respsonder, then not have one. Go out and get one and give value to your list!

Targeted Email marketing or advertising can be a cheap and super effective way to drive traffic to your links. You can even specify which target market you could send your email campaign to. These sites are huge lists of opt in email subscribers, who have already agreed to receive marketing emails from these services. Most of them are double opt-ins and can be quite responsive.

Lets face it, the best place to get or attract a person is by having a personal message in their email box, also known as email advertising. Why not take advantage of someone who has already built a big email list already? They are commonly known as list brokers and they professionally build opt in email lists.

You can also do a search on Google for “Targeted Email Marketing”. The too good to be true concept stands here. Be creative with your ads, and be sure your content matches what the resource regularly sends out.

Here are my recommendations:
