Do you struggle with MLM Recruiting? Do you have trouble bringing customers or representatives into your organization? Don’t worry, 95% of Network Marketers have these same problems, but they are easy to overcome if you adhere to these 4 principles.  Recruiting for MLM can be extremely difficult at first, but once you get the hang of it…..the sky is the limit.

1) One must believe that one can be successful in this industry if you really want to achieve the kind of success that you desire. Often, people verbalize that they want to be successful in MLM, but do not internalize that belief.

A very powerful tool for internalizing that belief is creating an affirmation. Write down how many people you want to recruit into your multilevel marketing organization on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Make it a point to daily read that affirmation an soon you will internalize and start to believe that you will be recruiting that number of MLM members!

2) One must take consistant action in order continually recruit new people onto your network marketing team. What kind of actions do you need to take for your MLM recruiting? Do you know what they are? You need to consistantly perform those specific actions over and over again in order build your downline.

For example, recently there has been a trend towards recruiting Network Marketing business partners online. If you do this kind of recruiting, do yo consistantly put out good content in order to attract the right kind of MLM partners?

3) Make yourself known in the MLM community. Do people know who you are and that you offer great training or coaching? Making yourself known through what you have to offer, not what your company has to offer. People join other people in MLM, not necessarily companies. Especially when your MLM recruiting focuses on bringing in business builders, people will first look for those who have made a name for themselves in the home business world.

4) Make a system for your downline. Make it duplicatable so that all they have to do is plug into your system. Do you have a system of either presentations or emails or even a complete marketing system? Is that system of recruiting easily duplicatable by your downline? Is it something that you can pass down to them? Can your downline pass it on so that the people they work with will be able to duplicate that success?
