Your first secret to network marketing success is to understand the concept of leverage.  Everything you do needs to be focused on creating leverage in your business. Things such as the marketing you do, bringing business builders into your organization, and even the way you spend your time are leverage points in your business.  In particular, today the Internet and using it as a marketing medium for your business gives you enormous leverage when utilized properly.

Secondly, your true success does not come from talking endlessly about how wonderful your products are, but lies in your ability to market and solve problems for people. You see, potential customers and business partners really do not care in particular about your product, but do care tremendously about what they can do what it can do for them. Once you understand this and shift your focus to this you are one step closer to multilevel marketing success.

Finally, you really need to understand that true long-term success does not why in whatever product or company promote that lies within you. Think of it this way, if success in network marketing were dependent on any particular product, why wouldn’t everybody promoting a product be successful?  Just buy a box of your juice or vitamin and sit in your driveway, do people come out and buy it automatically?

Success in Network Marketing, is it eluding you? Over 95% of network marketers never make a dime in their MLM business and never achieve any level of success. However, there are 3 easy steps you can take in order to achieve whatever you want to and drive you network marketing success.

#1) Establish a Goal. As simple as this sounds, many many people do not ever go about and establish any kind of goal. A goal can be anything, whether it is financial freedom, a certain amount off money, a better lifestyle. However, I recommend a more concrete goal with a time frame. For example, if you want to achieve financial freedom, what does that mean to you? Earning $1000/month, $5000/month, $10000/month or what? Once you have definite goal in mind, when would you like to achieve that? 3 months, 6 months or a year from now?

#2) Put action steps in place. Once you have your goal in place, you will need to come up with action steps. How many business partners will you need to achieve your goal? How many product users do you think you will need? Now that you have that number down, you can start putting actual action steps into place.

One of the most popular actions that people in any network marketing company take today is conducting their business on the internet. So, in terms of action steps, how many leads will you require to reach your goal? What does that average out to on a daily basis? How does one go about getting those leads? What specific steps does on a daily basis does one take to achieve those results?

#3) Take actual action. Often this is where many Network Marketers fail. Often they have big dreams and aspire to great things, and even sometimes they might come up with action steps, but often fail on execution. They might work or a week or even a month, but often give up when they dont see immediate results.

The key to all of this is taking consistent action. You will never see the results you want if you quit if do not achieve the results you want immediately. Most people quit when things dont come to them easily. Remember the 95% of those in MLM who fail? They fail because they do not stay the course and take consistent action. Be one of the top 5% and you will reap the rewards.

Successful Network Marketing Now – Free Tools, Tips, and Techniques for the Internet Network Marketer

What is holding you back from achieving Network Marketing Success?  This is a common question that I ask people who contact me asking for help.   I am here to attest that your biggest challenges are in your mind, 90% of them are anyway.  Often times people have mental blocks and can’t get around them.

Here are some common ones:

- Do you fear rejection?

- Are you afraid of failing at this?

- Afraid of success?  (Yes funny one, but people are actually afraid of this)

- Afraid that you don’t have anything to offer?

- Not enough people to talk to about your opportunity?

- Afraid to lose money so you act FAR too conservatively? (A very common one as well)

The key here is to identify what your goal is in your Network Marketing Business, and what is holding you back.

Here is my honest advice.  Once you have identified what is holding you back, work to overcome it.  Read books, take courses, or whatever in order to overcome those mental blocks.

For example, if its fear of rejection, focus on your end goal, and forget about the Nay-sayers.

If its not enough people to talk to, learn to generate leads for your network marketing opportunity online.

Learn to overcome common Network Marketing Obstacles – Successful Network Marketing Now

Let me start off by saying that domain names are extremely important to your Internet Network Marketing Success.  If you are promoting an affiliate site or generic marketing system, you need to buy your own website domain.  Let me use this analogy.  Think of attracting a client as like dating someone.  You want to make yourself as attractive as possible to ask them out on a date right?  Not be dressed in sweats and a raggy shirt.  You would put your best clothes on and make yourself look as attractive as possible.

Think of it this way, on the other side of each click is a living breathing person. Would that person rather click on a link like this www.genericmoneymakingwebsite.com/ref=12345176 , or would they click on www.JohnniesMoneyMakingSite.com? Which is more attractive to you? The second one right!!!

You can go to www.GoDaddy.com and buy your own domain name cheap for around $9. Make sure you by the .com version first, but I recommend buying the .net, and .biz versions as well for future use.

Now, when actually selecting a domain name, try to think of something catchy that will appeal to your target market.  My site is called Successful Network Marketing Now, do you think that name might appeal to those who are looking to do well in Network Marketing?

Next, you need to do something on www.GoDaddy.com called a re-direct. All that means is that when people click on that link, they go to whatever affiliate site that you have signed up for. But, you will be putting your best foot forward instead of having your affiliate link showing to everyone!

This is fine if you are going to promote an affiliate site or just a generic internet network marketing system, but to be really successful in internet network marketing, you need your own system!  Promote you and your knowledge and you will have customers for life.

I recommend buying your own site you can design and have full control over. You can change whatever headline is appropriate and that you like. I like to refer to this as having your own automated prospecting system.   You need your own site with your own landing page.
A landing page is basically just a regular web page, but with your marketing message on it. However, you need to make this a little unique because with this system, you only have about 10 seconds to grab someone’s attention. You need some sort of attention grabbing headline. Something like “Lose weight the easy way” or “Make Big Money from Home”. You want to grab their attention enough to get them to input their e-mail address into your page.  Tell them how you can make them successful in internet network marketing

I recommend Site Build It as a website hosting service. You can get tons of websites set-up for under. They have very intuitive site building tools. You can use Site Build It for any web pages you want to though.

I apologize for not posting much this past week. I was at my National Conference for my network marketing business and in workshops, updates, and meetings from morning till midnight.

I just wanted to write quickly about these national conventions and their importance. Bottom line, if you are in a network marketing business, YOU HAVE TO GO!!! End of story!!

Listen, I know that if you are doing this part time you might think they are not important and cost too much money or a pain to schedule. You can come up with any excuse in the book if you want to and just avoid network marketing success

However, the most important thing you get from your convention is BELIEF THAT IT CAN WORK. You will see those that are Million Dollar plus earners in your company get up on stage and tell their story of how they struggled when they started, and look at them now. Their stories are quite inspiring actually. Most importantly, you will see that you CAN make this a full-time job if you work at it. You will rub elbows with the most successful people in your company, hear updates, and be immersed in the successful culture of your company.

So when your comes around, GO TO IT, no matter what!

Those who have read this blog before have heard how much of a fan I am of education. I really mean self-education. Taking what you want to do, really studying it, reading books on the subject, studying who has been successful at it, and becoming an expert at your craft.

Self-Education is an essential part of becoming a network marketing success. I am going to recommend two more books that every network marketer should have in their library.

First is The Copywriter’s Handbook by Robert Bly. Learning how to write convincing sales copy is absolutely essential if you are going to convince people to join you in your network marketing business.

Here is a review of the book on Amazon.com “Bly has compiled an incredibly useful resource for budding, and even experienced, copywriters. Bly calls his book “a step-by-step guide to writing copy that sells.” And that it is: Bly covers the writing of print ads, direct mail, brochures, catalogues, public-relations material, trade-journal articles, speeches, newsletters, commercials, and more. But equally informative is the substantial amount of space that he devotes to the copywriting business, in which he offers guidance in setting up a freelance copywriting business, getting hired by an ad agency, and hiring and working with copywriters (this section also includes a chapter on graphic design for copywriters). This is a terrific book. If you don’t take my word for it, take David Ogilvy’s: “I don’t know a single copywriter whose work would not be improved by reading this book,” he says. “And that includes me.”

Another recommendation is Never Cold Call Again by Frank Rumbauskas. In this book he talks about using modern technology to bring clients and leads to the salesperson, instead of the antiquated method of cold calling.

Network Marketing Training is an essential part of your progress toward living the dream of being your own boss, setting your own hours, and living the kind of life you want to live. However, in order to do that, you must study how to become a successful Network Marketer.

I am going to recommend two books today that should be on every network marketers success shelf. The first one teaches you skills on how to influence people, and the second teaches you how to write effective sales letters.

The first is Dale Carnegies “How to Win Friends and Influence People”. This is THE foundational people skills book out there, a classic on how to effectively work with people, which is a MUST in Network Marketing. Here is the excerpt from Amazon.com

So there you have it. Two classic books to further your network marketing training. Why would I choose older books, and not more contemporary ones? Because the skills to be a successful network marketer are timeless and transcend even the digital era: working with people, and influencing them with the written word.
