Probably the most important part of Magnetic Sponsoring is the training manual you receive in the mail (or you can get it via pdf now).  Honestly, some of the best training you can receive has nothing to do with websites, or motivation, or leads, or whatever.  This medium sized booklet contains several themes, however, there are two of which that provide the most value.

A central theme of Magnetic Sponsoring is how to incorporate your Network Marketing business into a franchise type of model where all of your income is not dependent soley upon your success in your specific business.  My main takeaway from this course is that you can really look at your MLM opportunity as a business, not just a hobby.

Another central theme is that of “Attraction Marketing” which Mike Dillard helped become prominent in the industry.  By generating an attraction towards you and what you have to offer, you can get away from making a “list of 100″ friends and family and start to generate targeted MLM leads for free using various techniques online.  Many of these Attraction Marketing techniques can be applied offline as well.

Another valuable component you receive when you purchase Magnetic Sponsoring by Mike Dillard is that you get access to his affiliate program.  Essentially what this means is that you have the potential to earn a commission from every person you refer through your own personalized link that purchases the course.  This is very powerful since you can earn cash while essentially still building your business, something you can promote without conflicting with your main MLM business.  This very powerful concept is known as a funded proposal.

What Magnetic Sponsoring is not……its not a step-by-step tutorial on how to build a million dollar MLM business.  It will not tell you to do Step A, and then move to Step B, and then to Step C.  One of the central themes in this course is continuing education and this course is an excellent education on success mindset and methodology in Network Marketing.  If you are looking for something to take you by the hand and lead you from no cash to millions, this is not the course for you.
